Summary of Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey Results

As 2025-2026 is the inaugural year of the Spanish 1 and 2 virtual instruction program, stakeholder satisfaction survey data from students and teachers is not yet available. Recognizing the importance of stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement, Lux Mundi Learning, LLC has developed a comprehensive survey instrument aligned with the National Standards for Quality Online Courses (NSQ) to collect input on course content, instructional design, technical functionality, and overall satisfaction.

The survey will be administered to students and instructors at the conclusion of the current course cycle in June 2026. It includes both quantitative metrics (e.g., satisfaction ratings on a 5-point scale) and qualitative questions to capture detailed feedback on areas such as engagement, accessibility, and instructor support.

Results will be analyzed to identify strengths and areas for enhancement, with findings informing course updates for the next cycle.

In the interim, formative feedback collected through student self-reflections and instructor observations indicates positive engagement with the course’s interactive tools (e.g., VoiceThread and LinguaMeeting) and culturally relevant content. We are committed to leveraging formal survey data to refine the program and ensure it meets the needs of all stakeholders.
